Maya Patankar - Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years at the frontline of India's digital assessment revolution, Maya Patankar leads TechSum with the conviction that technology creates capability, but trust builds institutions. Her journey began in 2004 with the Manipal Group's pioneering Pariksha ecosystem, working on landmark examinations like CAT, GATE, and Manipal University entrance tests - long before computer-based testing became the norm in India. She went on to shape TCS iON's assessment business in its formative years, before taking on larger mandates at the Times Group and Manipal Technologies. As Chief Operating Officer of EduTest Solutions from 2018 to 2025, she scaled the business from ?66 Crore to over ?220 Crore in revenue at 36% EBITDA, growing the digital assessment platform from $8M to $30M and enabling nearly 50 million examinations annually. With nearly 17 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, and government relations, Sushil Singh leads Revenue Growth and B2G Strategy at TechSum. He has built and led high-performing sales teams across organisations including ZTE Corporation, VN Technologies, and Innovatiview, where he spearheaded examination-security business development across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh - working directly with SSC boards, public service commissions, and state election commissions. His deep liaison network spans institutions such as PGCIL, NOIDA Metro, MEGA, and multiple state Development Authorities and Jal Nigams. As an Independent Government Liaison Consultant, he continues to bridge private enterprise with public-sector opportunity. Niraj Gupta - Chief Technical Officer

As Chief Technology Officer at TechSum since January 2021, he has personally architected, designed, and deployed mission-critical digital infrastructure for national-level clients, including the University Management System (UMS), the Examination Management System (EMS), and the Grievance Redressal System across TechSum's Digivarsity ecosystem - owning the full lifecycle from requirement engineering to deployment and hand-holding training. With an MCA from ICFAI National College, Dehradun, and a B.Sc. from Jamtara College, Niraj combines strong academic grounding with over a decade of hands-on architecture and delivery experience, turning complex institutional requirements into systems that thousands of students and examiners depend on every day.

Vivek Jain is an IT and operations professional with over 14 years of specialised expertise in digital examinations and technology-driven solutions. His career includes a strong tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, where as State Head-Madhya Pradesh he led Operations for large-scale online assessments and served as Project Management Coordinator for CAT 2013 and CAT 2014, organised by IIM Indore - one of India's most high-stakes, high-precision examination programmes. He went on to strengthen his operational leadership as Manager at Aptech. Mohit Dwivedi is a seasoned project management leader with over a decade of hands-on expertise in building and running India's digital evaluation and online examination infrastructure. As Product Head at TechSum for six years and counting, he has led server architecture, deployment, and support across CentOS, Ubuntu, Windows Server, Apache, IIS, MySQL, and SQL Server environments, powering the DigiMarker Digital Evaluation platform for clients nationwide. Before TechSum, he honed his craft as a System Administrator at Attest Testing Services and as a Network Engineer at Isdat, building a strong foundation in server infrastructure, network management, and technical troubleshooting.
